Discreet and Fast Shipping

We offer discreet Same-Day Shipping if your order arrives before 12 Noon (Pacific Time). Our shop is open Monday - Friday from 11 AM to 5 PM (Pacific Time) excluding most major holidays. Orders received after Noon may not ship the same day and will go out with the next day's shipments.

We offer several shipping options from next-day to lower cost ground shipping and postal options each with real-time rates depending on order weight and destination. Delivery estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page depending on the shipping provider you choose.


Returns Policy

We offer a 15-Day Return Policy on our ErosTek power units. Other items purchased from us can be returned in the case of warranty claims for 1 year per our warranty agreement.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

ErosTek products are manufactured with quality-control steps taken at multiple stages of production, and we strive to ship 100% working products that last for many years in most cases. If you have a problem with anything you've purchased from us, please let us know. We will be glad to help!


What if something goes wrong with my unit?

If you suspect something is wrong with your ErosTek unit, refer to the User Guide and make sure all connections to the unit are made with leadwires and adapters in good working order, and that the electrodes are prepped with condutive gel, water-based lube, or in the case of the gel electrodes, freshly washed and dried skin.

Going further, if your unit is still under warranty, we will repair your unit and send it back free of charge. Simply contact us and we'll make sure your unit is back to normal as quickly as possible.
